PowerVac of Michigan Acquires Fire & Ice Mechanical, Inc

Pillsman Partners, LLC, a Greenwich, CT-based private investment firm, is pleased to announce that PowerVac of Michigan, Inc. (“PVM”) has acquired Fire & Ice Mechanical, Inc. (“F&I”) of Sterling Heights, MI, together with Peninsula Capital Partners and management.

F&I is a full service heating and cooling company for commercial, industrial, and institutional systems, serving businesses in Southeast Michigan since 1984 and is known for its emergency service, preventive maintenance, system upgrades and strategic planning. Its talented sales and system engineers work with facility managers to satisfy all indoor climate requirements. Responding on a 24-hour basis, F&I’s preventative maintenance programs reduce emergency services and nuisance calls, ultimately prolonging equipment life. Through its preventative maintenance agreements, F&I provides all necessary labor to replace filters, belts, and inspect equipment operation at competitive rates.
