John Stiglmeier, Jr.

John Stiglmeier, Jr. is an Operating Partner at Pillsman Partners, LLC.

Mr. Stiglmeier’s thirty year career has focused on consumer goods and specialty chemicals. Most recently, John founded RecWaterTec, LLC, an innovative manufacturer and distributor of environmentally-friendly water treatment products for swimming pools, spas and other recreational water applications. There, he led product and package design, website creation and also created and launched “Pool Prescriptions,” a new product line of specialty chemicals for recreational water treatment.

Earlier in his career, John was President and CEO of Aqua Clear Industries, Inc. LLC which he led for more than twenty years, growing the business by 31.25% year-over-year, over fifteen years. During that period, he expanded manufacturing and distribution facilities from 8,000 to over 150,000 square feet to seamlessly service significant business growth. He also continuously optimized operational efficiencies, improved inventory turnover and delivery times.

John earned his B.A. from Boston College and he is currently a Trustee of St. Peter’s Hospital Foundation, Albany, New York
