Patrick Regan

Patrick Regan is an Operating Partner at Pillsman Partners, LLC.

Patrick is an expert in managing and exploiting the intersection of business strategy and technology-enabled products and services. He has a proven track record in product development, product management, business development, program management and operational excellence. He is a specialist in identifying opportunities for building, revitalizing, and optimizing products, technologies, processes, measurement systems, and strategies. Patrick provides system assessments and CIO support for of small and mid-market companies, including the identification and corrected gaps in strategies, processes, and practices that allow clients to focus resources on sources of competitive advantage.

Prior to focusing on technology and systems for the enterprise, Patrick spent a decade at J.P. Morgan leading project teams through the implementation of complex platforms for the firm’s derivative trading operations. Earlier in his career, he was a Process Engineer at General Motors and a Buyer and Quality Engineer at Delphi.

Patrick earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, an M.S. in Computer Science from North Dakota State University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
